Meet Béla
After working with RIAs for more than 15 years, Béla's seen it all.
And in seeing it all, she tended to notice the same kinds of pitfalls and dysfunction, hampering real growth. Poor employee retention, inability to market, overwhelm and overwork and don't even get her started on the compliance!
Her solution? To provide real, critical support to RIA owners in the aspects of business operation and growth that, let's face it, are not exactly covered by the CFP exam.
She founded Theorē in response to an unspoken, but clear need, for operational and developmental support, for financial advisors running their own firms.
